  2. The Plaintiff are granted leave to Amend their Plaint within 21 days and serve the Amended Plaint on all the Defendants.
  3. The Defendant will have leave of 21 days upon service of the Amended Plaint to prepare, file and serve their Amended Defence if need be.
  4. The Plaintiffs will have leave of 14 days upon service of the Amended Defence to prepare, file and serve Reply to Defendants.
