RULING
1. By Consent the Application dated 03.03.2026 is allowed.
2. The Plaintiff is granted leave of 7 days from today’s date to file the Amended Plaint and include the 3rd Defendant and serve.
3. The 3rd Defendant will have leave of 7 days from the date of service of the Amended Plaint to prepare, file and serve their Defence and all other documents required at the hearing.
4. The Plaintiff will have leave of 7 days upon service of the Defence by the 3rd Defendant to file and serve their Reply to Defence if need be.
5. The 1st and 2nd Defendants are granted leave of 7 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve them list of documents and list of witnesses.
