RULING
1. The matter is taken out of today’s hearing list, the list of 7.07.2026 and 8.07.2026 by consent.
2. The 2nd and 3rd Defendants are granted leave of 21 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve their compliance list of documents.
3. The Plaintiff is granted leave to file any further list of documents and/or statements if need be within 21 days from the date of service of the 2nd and 3rd Defendant’s list of documents.
4. The documents filed by the 1st Defendant dated 20.05.2026 and 30.06.2026 be and are hereby deemed as properly filed.
5. The application dated 3.07.2026 is hereby marked as settled.
6. The matter will be mentioned for pre-trial on 15.09.2026.
