RULING

1. The application dated 02/05/2024 be and is hereby compromised by consent in the following manner:-
2. The status quo existing as of 29/05/2024 shall be observed by the plaintiff and 1^st defendant pending the hearing and determination of the suit.
3. The 2^nd & 3^rd defendants are hereby directed to visit the property known as LR. No. Transmara/Moyoi/23 and prepare a ground report in terms of the occupation of the property by the plaintiff and 1^st defendant within 30 days from today’s date.
4. The 1^st – 4^th defendants will also have leave of 21 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve the responses and other documents they will rely upon at the hearing.
5. The plaintiff will have leave of 14 days upon service of the 1^st – 4^th defendants’ response to file any further reply and/or documents in support of their case.
6. The matter will be mentioned to confirm compliance on 18/07/2024 and take further directions.
