RULING


The Application dated 31/05/2024 by the 1st Defendant is hereby determined as follows:-

  1. The 1st Defendant is granted leave of 14 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve them Amended Defence and Counter claim.
  2. The Plaintiff and 2nd Defendant will have leave of 14 days upon service of the Amended Defence and Counter Claim to file their Reply to the Defence and Defence to Counter claim.
  3. The 1st Defendant shall have leave of 7 days upon service of the Defence to the Counter Claim to file and reply to the same.
  4. The matter will come up for pre-trial on 18/07/2024.
