RULING

1. The Defendants are granted leave of 14 days from today’s date to file their Defences and/or Amended Defences and Counter- Claim if need be.
2. The Plaintiffs will have leave of 14 days upon service of any Defence and/or Amended Defence and Counter-Claim to prepare, file and serve their reply to Defendants and Defendant to the Counter Claim if any.
3. The Plaintiffs in the Counter-Claim will have leave of 14 days upon service of the Defence to the Counter-Claims to prepare, file and serve the Reply to the Defence on the Counter Claim.
4. The Preliminary Objection dated 24.06.2025 is hereby  marked as withdrawn with no orders as to costs and the Plaintiff is at liberty to file the same once they have filed their Defence to the Counter-Claim if one is raised.
5. The matter will be mentioned on 17.09.2025 to confirm compliance and undertake pre-trial.
