RULING

1. The Application dated 13/09/24 is allowed and the intended Defendants are hereby joined as the 5^th - 9^th defendants due to the fact that their sub-divisions will be affected and/be subjected to discussion during the hearing.
2. The Plaintiffs are granted leave of 14 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve the Amended Plaint with the additional Defendants.
3. The 5^th – 9^th Defendants are granted leave of 14 days upon service of the Amended Plaint to prepare, file and serve the Defences.
4. The Plaintiffs shall also have leave of 14 days upon service of the 5^th – 9^th Defendants Defences prepare and file any reply if need be.
5. The matter will be mentioned on 31.10.2024 to confirm compliance and take further directions.
6. The 1^st – 4^th Defendants are also granted leave to file their Defences within 14 days from today’s date.
