RULING
1. The Application dated 25.11.2025 be and is hereby marked as withdrawn.
2. The Plaintiff/Applicant is condemned to pay costs of the Application to the 2nd Defendant/Respondent only.
3. The Plaintiff is granted leave of 21 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve an Amended Plaint thereof.
4. The Defendants in the Amended Plaint have leave of 14 days upon service of the Amended Plaint to file their Defence and/or Amend their Defence.
5. The Plaintiff will have leave of 14 days upon service of the Amended Defence and/or Defendant to file a Reply to the Defense.
6. The matter will come up for pre-trial on the 27.04.2026 virtually.
