RULING

  1. Based on the Application dated 10.11.2025, the Court hereby makes the following orders;
  2. The person known as Collins Kibet Rono be and is hereby granted leave as the Administrator of the 1st Defendant to take on the prosecution and defending of the matter.
  3. Leave is granted to the firm of Oyaro & Associates to come on record for the 1st Defendant.
  4. The prayer No. 4 in the Application will be heard by way of written submissions.
  5. The Applicant is granted leave of 14 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve their written submissions.
  6. The Respondent will have leave of 14 days upon service to prepare, file and serve their submissions.
  7. The Application dated 10.11.2025 will come up on 04.02.2026 to fix a ruling date.
