RULING

1. The 1^st and 4^th Respondent are granted leave of 14 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve their Replying Affidavit and/or any Further Affidavit if need be.
2. The Plaintiff/Applicant are granted leave of 14 days upon service of their Replying Affidavit by the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th Defendants to prepare, file and serve their Further Affidavit.
3. The Application dated 29.04.2025 will come up for compliance and further directions on 17.06.2025.
4. In the meantime, the Orders of Injunction issued as Order No. 5 and 6  on 30.04.2025 to the Applicant on in relation to Eldoret Municipality Block 6/514 are hereby reviewed and set aside and/or vacated forthwith.
