  3. The Plaintiff is directed to amend the Plaint within 7 days per today’s date.
  4. The 1st Interested Party is granted leave of 14 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve their papers.
  5. The Plaintiff and Defendant will have leave of 14 days upon service of the Interested Party’s documents to prepare, file and serve their response.
  6. The matter will come up for pre-trial on 13th May, 2025
