RULING

1. Based on the pleadings filed by the Interested Party, the Court hereby directs that the Interested Party is deemed to be the 8^th Defendant in this suit.
2. The Plaintiff is granted 30 days to prepare, file and served a Further Amended Plaint with the Interested Party as the 8^th Defendant.
3. The Plaintiff will also prepare, file and serve the Pre-trial Questionnaire and list of issues within 30 days from today’s date.
4. The matter is certified ready for hearing.
5. By consent the hearing will be on 17.12.2025 in open Court.
6. The Plaintiff counsel will serve a hearing Notice on the 6^th and 7^th Defendants with 30 days from today’s date.
7. Parties are directed to serve the 5^th Defendant with their documents within 30 days.
