RULING
1. By consent, the Application dated 26.03.2026 is allowed.
2. The Applicant is granted leave of seven (7) days from today’s date to amend, file and serve the Amended Originating Summons on the 8th – 11th Respondent.
3. The 8th – 11th Respondent will have leave of 14 days upon service to prepare, file and serve the response to the Amended OS.
4. The Applicant will have leave of 14 days upon service of the 8th – 11th Respondents’ response to file any Further Affidavit if need be.
5. The matter will be mentioned on 27.05.2026 to confirm compliance and take further direction.
6. There will be no costs on the Application.
