RULING

1. The Applicant is granted leave of 21 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve their further affidavit and written submissions on the Application.
2. The Respondent is granted leave of 14 days upon service of the submissions by the Applicant to prepare, file and serve their submissions.
3. In the meantime, pending the hearing and determination of this Application, there will be an Order of stay of execution of Prayer B and C in the Judgement dated 19.06.2025.
4. The Application dated 09.07.2025 will be mentioned on 18.11.2025 to confirm compliance and fix a ruling date.
