RULING

In view of the dispute and pleading before the court, parties are directed to prepare, file and serve the submission. 

To this end the Applicant is granted leave of 21 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve submissions on the Application dated 19/06/24.

The Respondent will have leave of 21 days upon receipt of the submissions from the Applicant to prepare, file and serve the submissions in response.

The matter will be mentioned on 16/09/24 to confirm compliance and fix a ruling date.

In the meantime, the 1^st,2^nd & 3^rd Defendant will not interfere, waste and/or demolish any structures that were erected by the Plaintiff pending the hearing and determination of this suit.
