RULING
1. The Plaintiff is directed to serve both the Application and the main suit on the Defendant Physically through the Area Chief within whose jurisdiction the suit property is located within 14 days from today’s date.
2. The Application dated 13.09.2026 will come up for direction on the 1.07.2026.
3. The Applicant will serve the Mention date on the Defendant/Respondent within 14 days from today’s date.
4. An Order of Inhibition be and is hereby issued to the County Land Registrar Uasin Gishu to prohibit any dealing and/or transaction on the property known as UASIN GISHU/ILULA/126 pending the inter-parte hearing and determination of the Application dated 13.04.2026.
