RULING
1. Summons do issue to the County Land Registrar Uasin Gishu to attend Court on 27.04.2026.
2. The County Land Registrar Uasin Gishu is hereby directed to avail the parcel files of the properties known as Eldoret Municipality Block 2/111 and Eldoret Municipality Block 2/197 on the 27.04.2026.
3. The Defendant will also serve the Mention Notice on the 3rd Parties Counsel within 14 days from today’s date.
