RULING
1. The Defendant is granted leave of 21 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve her Defence and all other documents she intends to rely upon at the hearing.
2. The Plaintiff will have leave of 14 days upon service of the Defence to prepare, file and serve any Reply thereof.
3. The matter will have a pre-trial on 27.04.2026.
4. The County Land Registrar Uasin Gishu is ordered to do a ground visit and re-establish the boundaries between the properties known as Uasin Gishu/Kipkabus Settlement/858 and Uasin Gishu/Kipkabus Settlement/482 herein.
5. The County Land Registrar Uasin Gishu is further directed to re-establish the boundaries of Uasin Gishu/Kipkabus Settelement/1326 and Uasin Gishu/Kipkabus Settlement/1327 to be within the property known as Uasin Gishu/Kipkabus Settlement/858 or if there is any excess thereof.
6. The Ground Report should be filed in Court on or before the 27.04.2026.
