RULING

1. Due to the fact that the properties known as L.R Uasin Gishu/Kipkabus Settlement Scheme/978, 979 and 980 are not properly demarcated, the Court hereby makes the following orders;
2. The County Land Registrar and the County Land Surveyor in the presence of the Deputy Registrar of this Court will undertake a demarcation exercise and re-establish the boundary of the properties known as Uasin Gishu/Kipkabus Settlement Scheme/978, 979 and 980 within 60 days from today’s date.
3. The County Land Registrar, County Land Surveyor and Deputy Registrar will prepare and file the Ground Report confirming the location of the three properties within 30 days from the date of the site visit and will also confirm if there is any party and/or person in occupation and/or use of the above properties.
4. The application dated 19^th March, 2025 will be heard on 09.07.2025 virtually.
