1. By consent, the application dated 14^th October, 2024 is hereby compromised by the following orders;
2. The properties known as L.R No.UASIN GISHU/KIPKABUS SETTLEMENT SCHEME/978 & 979 & 980 will remain preserved including that no party, person and /or entity is allowed to utilize, use and/or occupy the said properties pending the  hearing and determination of this Petition.
3. Costs of the application will abide the outcome of the substantive Petition.
