I direct that the application be served for mention for directions before Wangari, J on 23 June 2026. In the meantime, pending the inter-parties hearing and determination of the Application, stay of execution of the judgment of Mombasa Small Claims Court No. E1173 of 2025 delivered on 21 January 2026 is granted on condition that the decretal sum is deposited in court within fourteen days of the date of this order, as security for the performance of the decree.
