Ruling
1. Upon the applicant's Notice of Motion dated 16th June 2026 coming up for directions before Lady Justice Mwanaisha S Shariff this 17th day of June 2026, I have duly considered the same, the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Anna Mbithi on even date and the annexures attached thereto and the certificate of urgency issued on even date by Anna Mbithi advocate and I do find that no urgency has been demonstrated and I make the following orders:
a) This application is not certified as urgent.
b) The same be served within 4 days and a response be filed and served within 10 days from the date hereof.
c) Inter parte hearing by way of oral submissions is scheduled on 2.7. 2026.
