Ruling
1. Upon the applicant's Notice of Motion dated 12th June 2026 coming up for directions before Lady Justice Mwanaisha S Shariff this 16th day of June 2026, I have duly considered the same, the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Sandra Magina on even dat, the annexures attached thereto and the certificate of urgency issued on even date by Sandra Magina advocate and I note that the applicant has not sworn the affidavit in support of the application and it is apparent that this application had been informed by the proclamation of the applicant’s movable properties.
2. This court aids the vigilant and not the indolent. Urgency has thus not been demonstrated and I therefore make the following orders :
a) This application is not certified as urgent.
b) The same be served within 3 days and a response be filed and served within 10 days from the date hereof.
c) Inter parte hearing is scheduled on 30Th June 2026.
