RULING

  1. The Applicant is granted leave of 21 days to prepare, file, and serve their Further Affidavit if any together with your submission in support of the Application.
  2. The Respondent will have leave of 21 days upon service of the submissions by the Applicant to prepare, file and serve their submissions in opposition.
  3. The Application dated 24.06.2025 will come up for compliance and fixing of a Ruling dated on 25.11.2025.
  4. In the meantime, to avoid further alienation of the suit property, the Land Registrar Uasin Gishu is directed to record an inhibition on the suit property immediately pending the hearing and determination of this Application.
