I have read the applicant's application dated 13th of December 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayer 2 (a) and (b) of the chamber summons. The applicant is directed to file the substantive motion within 7 days of today's date. The respondent will file and serve his response within 7 days of the date of service of the substantive motion. The matter shall be mentioned on 31st of January 2024 for purposes of taking directions on the mode of its disposal. It is so ordered.
