RULING
I have read and considered the Originating Motion dated 6th June 2024 brought under certificate of even date. I am satisfied that the Applicant has demonstrated reasonable grounds to warrant this court to grant preservatory orders as prayed.
Accordingly the Originating Motion is allowed and prayers 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Originating Motion are granted as prayed save that the order shall be for a period of ninety (90) days as provided in Section 84 of the POCAMLA and that the order be served upon Respondent and the Interested Party within 21 days as set out in Section 83 of the POCAMLA.
Orders accordingly.
