Having considered the Originating Summons dated 23rd October 2024, the grounds thereof and the affidavit of Martin Samburimo, I am satisfied that there are reasonable grounds to grant the preservation order. In the premises the Originating Motion is allowed and prayers 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 thereof are granted as prayed.
The preservation order shall be for a duration of ninety (90) days as stipulated in Section 84 of the POCAMLA.
The ARA/Applicant shall, within 21 days of the making of this order, serve it upon the Respondent and any other person(s) that may be interested in the property(ies) which have been preserved.
Orders accordingly.
