Having considered the Originating Motion dated 30th October 2024, and the supporting affidavit of Bernard Gitonga sworn on even date, I am satisfied that there are reasonable grounds to grant the preservation order sought. Accordingly, the Originating Motion is allowed and an order for preservation of the two accounts named is granted. The preservation order shall be for a period of ninety (90) days as provided in Section 84 of the POCAMLA and shall be served upon the Respondent within twenty-one (21) days.
Orders accordingly.
