COURT RULING
Having considered the Originating Motion dated 19th June 2024 brought under certificate of urgency of even date I am satisfied that sufficient and reasonable grounds have been laid to warrant this court to issue a preservation order of the properties of the Respondents. In the premises the Originating Summons is allowed and prayers 2, 3, 4 and 5 are granted as prayed. The preservation order shall be for a period of ninety (90) days as provided in Section 84 of the POCAMLA. The order shall be served upon the Respondents within 21 days as provided in Section 83 of the POCAMLA.
Orders accordingly.
