I have seen and considered the Originating Motion dated 5th June 2024 and which is filed under certificate of urgency of even date. I am satisfied that the ARA/Applicant has demonstrated reasonable grounds to warrant grant of a preservatory order. In the premises prayers 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Originating Motion are granted. The preservation order shall be for a period of ninety (90) days as provided in Section 84 of the POCAMLA and shall be served upon the Respondent and the Interested Party within 21 days as provided in Section 83 of the POCAMLA.
