RULING
The Originating Motion dated 20th May 2024 brought under certificate of urgency of even date has been considered. I am persuaded that there are reasonable grounds to issue an order for preservations of the properties listed in Prayer 2 of the Notice of Motion. Accordingly, the said prayer is granted as shall prayers 3, 4 and 5 of the application. The preservation order shall be for a period of 90 days as provided in Section 84 of the POCAMLA. Service of the order within 21 days.
