RULING
I have considered the Originating motion dated 23rd October 2024, the grounds on its face and the facts deposed to in the affidavit of Nicholas Sune, sworn in support of the application. I am satisfied that there are reasonable grounds to grant the preservation order sought. Accordingly, the Originating Summons is allowed and prayers 2 and 3 thereof are granted as prayed.
The application be served upon the Respondent within 21 days of this order.
The duration of the order shall be 90 (ninety) days from the date of gazettement of the same unless a forfeiture application is filed in regard to the files.
Orders accordingly.
