COURT RULING
Having considered the Originating Motion dated 20th June 2024 brought under certificate of urgency of even date; the grounds on the face of the application had the affidavit of Shadrack Mwendwa sworn on 20th June 2024, I am satisfied that there are reasonable grounds to warrant this court to grant the preservation order sought. In the premises the Originating Motion is allowed and prayers 2, 3 4 and 5 thereof granted as prayed.
The order shall be for a period of six months. The same be served upon the Respondent within fourteen (14) days of today’s date.
It is so ordered.
