' I have had occasion to consider the application by way of Notice of Motion brought under a certificate of urgency. For reasons stated, i certify the matter as urgent.
On the material before court, am satisfied that a proper case has been made for an interim relief as prayed. The application be served forthwith. Response be filed and served within 4 days of service. In view of the nature and urgency in the matter, skeletal submissions be filed in respect of the Notice of Motion in the following order;
1. The Applicant to file skeletal summissions together with a supplementary affidavit if desired within 4 days of service of response.
2. The Respondents to file skeletal submissions withi 4 days of service of rival submissions.
Prayer 2 is allowed pending Mention inter partes
Mention on 2.12.25 for further directions.
