I have perused the Petition dated 18.12.25 filed together with a Notice of Motion of even date brought under a certificate of urgency.
On the material before court, am of the considered view that an interim order is not deserved as the petition is not likely to be rendered nugatory, the court having the latitude to correct any wrong as may be found occasioned on the part of the Petitioner.
I direct that the petition be served. Responses to the Motion and Petition be filed within 14 days of service. Leave for a supplementary affidavit,if desired, is granted to be exercised within 7 days of service of response.
Skeletal submissisions be filed as follows;
1. The Petitioner to file submissions within 7 days of closure of affidavits.
2. The respondents to file submissions within 7 days of service of rival submissions.
