RULING

By consent the Application dated 04.06.2025 is allowed in the following manner;

  1. The Land Registrar Uasin Gishu and Land Surveyor be and is hereby directed to visit the ground and re-establish the boundaries of the properties known as L.R NO.KOITOROR/TUIYOLUK BLOCK 1(KOITOROR)/263 to 270.
  2. The OCS of Tembelio Police Station is directed to provide security to the Land Registrar and Land Surveyor while undertaking the exercise.
  3. There will be no orders as to costs.
  4. The file is hereby closed.
