RULING

  1. This matter is one that requires the input of the Land Registrar and Surveyor.  The main document is the Mutation of the property known as L.R No.LOITOROR/TUIYOLUK BLOCK 1.
  2. Consequently, the Land Registrar Uasin Gishu be and is hereby summoned to court to produce the parcel file of the property known as KOITOROR/TUIYOLUK BLOCK 1 as well the Mutation that created the submissions including the properties in issue.
  3. The Land Registrar and Surveyor should attend Court on 01.12.2025 with these documents.
  4. The Applicant to extract the Order and serve within 7 days from today’s date.
