JUDGEMENT

Based on the pleadings and submissions by the parties, the following orders are hereby issued in determination of this suit;

1. The County Land Registrar and Land Surveyor are directed to visit the properties known as L.R NGERIA/KESSES BLOCK 5(BAYETE) /2 and NGERIA/KESSES BLOCK 5 (BAYETE)/1 and re-establish the boundaries of both properties within 90 days from today’s date.
2. Each party will bear its own costs of this suit.
3. Any party is at liberty to apply after the ground visit has been done and the boundaries re-established.
4. This file is closed.
