RULING

  1. The orders issued on the 24.10.2018 be and are hereby reviewed in the following manner;
  2. The County Land Surveyor Uasin Gishu in the Environment and Land Court – Eldoret to proceed and re-establish the boundaries of the properties known as L.R NGERIA/KESSES BLOCK 1(NARIRI)/119 and file their Ground Report within the 30 days from today’s date.
  3. The Plaintiff is directed to extract the Order herein above and serve the County Land Surveyor within 7 days from today’s date.
  4. The Deputy Registrar and the County Land Surveyor shall co-ordinate this site visit with the parties for compliance.
  5. The matter will be mentioned before this Court on 22.07.2025 to confirm compliance and take further direction.
  6. In the meantime, the Deputy Registrar is directed to ensure proceedings are typed.
