I have considered the application dated 29 December 2022 filed under a certficates of urgency of even date. The application for leave is certified urgent. Leave is granted in terms of prayer 2 (a) and (b) of the chamber summons. The main motion to be filed and served within 3 days of the date of this ruling. The responses to be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the main motion. The substantive suit shall be disposed of by way of written submissions and therefore:
