The responses to be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the main motion. The substantive suit shall be disposed of by way of written submissions and therefore:

1. The applicant's submissions to be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the response to the main motion.

2. The respondent's and interested parties' submissions to be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the applicant's submissions.
