I have read the applicant's application dated 28 March 2024 filed under certificates of
urgency of even date. By dint of section175(3) of the Public
Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, the application is certified urgent and admitted for disposal during this Honourable Court's recess. For the
same reason, leave is granted for the applicant to file the motion for judicial review in terms of prayers 3(a), (b), (c), (d) and
(4) of the summons. Directions in respect of the filing and hearing of the main motion are as follows:
(a) The motion shall be filed and served within 3 days of the date of this ruling.
(b) The respondent and interested parties shall file and serve their response to the motion within 3
days of the date of service of the main motion.
(c) The motion shall be heard by way of written submissions and to this end:
(i) The applicant's submissions to be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the
respondent's and interested parties' response.
(ii) The respondent and interested parties to file and serve their submissions within 3 days of the
date of service of the applicant's submissions.
(iii) Highlighting of submissions shall be on 17 April 2024.
