I have read the applicant's application dated 11 June 2024 filed under undated certificate of urgency. By dint of section 175(3) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, the same is certified urgent. Leave is granted in terms of prayers 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the chamber summons. I direct that the main motion be filed and served within 3 days of the date of this ruling. The respondents and interested party shall file and serve their response within 3 days of the date of service of the main motion. The motion shall be disposed of by way of written submissions and to this end I direct as follows:
1. The applicant's submissions be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the respondents' and interested party's response.
2. The respondents' and interested party's submissions be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the applicant's submissions.
3. Highlighting of submissions shall be on 25June 2024.
