I have read the applicant's application dated 9 May 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. By dint of section 175(3) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, the application is certified urgent. Leave is granted in terms of prayers 2, 3 and 4. The applicant is directed to file and serve the main motion within 3 days of the date of this ruling. The respondent and interested parties are directed to file and serve their response to the motion within 3 days of the date of service of the applicant's motion. The motion shall be disposed of by way of written submissions and to that end:
(1) The applicant's submissions shall be filed and served within three days of the date of service of the respondent's and interested parties' submissions
(2) The respondent's and interested parties' submissions shall be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the applicant's submissions.
(3) Highlighting of submissions shall be on 3 June 2024.
