I have considered the application by Ms Moeche and the submissions by counsels.
Ms Moeche has not defined what conflict her witness has. It must be remembered that a witness is not a party. His duty is simply to testify truthfully. There can be no conflict if a witness testifies truthfully as expected.
I find no merit in the application for substitution. If I were to allow it, it would occasion an adjournment. Ms Moeche had informed the Court earlier today that she was ready to proceed. Hearing to proceed. Ms Moeche to put her witness on the stand.
