I have considered the Ex Parte Applicant’s application that Warrants of Arrest to issue against Dr Asenath Moebe and the submissions by both sides.

I note that on 13^th January 2025, Ms Moeche specifically sought three (3) days to make payment and that in default Warrants of Arrest to issue. She must have been aware of her client’s processes for payment. The issue of payment has been outstanding for several months now.

I will give the Respondents the last opportunity. The Respondents to pay the sum of KShs 2,338,158 within 14 (Fourteen) days from today. In default, Warrants of Arrest to issue against CEO Finance, Dr Asenath Moebe. Mention on 11^th February 2025 for further orders/directions.
