I have considered Ms Moeche’s application for adjournment and the submissions.

The record shows that the 1^st Defendant was granted last adjournment on 11^th June 2025. Previously, on 29^th May 2025, the 1^st Defendant was granted the very last adjournment. The reason advanced on that occasion was that Ms Moeche was unwell.

Whereas nobody has control over health, the record herein does not speak well of the 1^st Defendant. Purely on compassionate grounds, I grant the 1^st Defendant final adjournment. The 1^st Defendant to make arrangements for the hearing to proceed through another counsel if Ms Moeche will be unable to handle the matter.
