I have considered the application for adjournment by Counsel for the First Defendant and the submissions.

The reason advanced for adjournment is that Ms Moeche who is handling the matter on behalf of the First Defendant is sick.

The record shows that the First Defendant was granted last adjournment on 25th March 2025. The record further shows that Ms Moeche has previously sought adjournments on grounds of being unwell.

Nevertheless, purely on compassionate grounds, I grant the First Defendant the very last adjournment. Defence hearing will be on 11th June 2025 in open court at 10:00am.
