THIS MATTER is an Application filed under a Certificate of Urgency, Notice of Motion dated 27th June 2025, and supporting Affidavit by Rachel Chepkoech evenly dated, coming up before Hon. Justice Mohochi S.M. The court has considered the Application and is accordingly persuaded that no prejudice shall be occasioned and Order as follows;
IT IS HEREBY DIRECTED/ORDERED;
The Application is certified as urgent warranting its exparte hearing with service of the same being dispensed with in the 1st instance
That, NAKURU Municipal Court Children Case NO. E093 OF 2025 be forthwith transferred to the Chief Magistrate’s Court for hearing and determination.
That, the costs of the Application shall be on the cause
