' RULING
THIS MATTER is an Application filed under a Certificate of Urgency dated 29th August 2025 byElijah Mbugua Advocate, the Chamber Summons dated 29th August 2025 together with its supporting Affidavit by Margaret Wangari Kirugumi as well as the Affidavit of fitness by Teresia Wamuhiu Njuguna dated 20th August 2025b coming up before Hon. Justice Mohochi S.M. AND UPON READING the pleadings as filed, the court therefore directs and Orders the following ;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED;
1. THAT, this Application is certified as urgent and its hearing Ex-parte is in the interested of justice.
2. THAT, Margaret Wangari Kirugumi of P. O. Box 98 Subukia is hereby Appointed as Guardian Ad litem.
3. THAT, the Director of Children Services, ministry of Labor and Social Services is hereby directed to investigate and determine the Applicant''s fitness to adopt and to file a report thereof.
4. THAT a priority hearing date for the Adoption petition shall forthwith be assigned by the Court Assistant subject to the court diary
